I am deeply-rooted in Ward 3. My parents bought their first home on Seminole Ave and I attended MacArthur, Kennedy and Waltham High. My priorities are local issues impacting our streets, parks, businesses, schools, city services, youth and families, property values and our quality of life. Local, common-sense decisions and solutions.
Our city government is built on compromise and collaboration. Ward 3 lacks these principles on the city council and our neighborhoods suffer for it. I am not distracted by special interest groups with hidden agendas or with conflicts of interests. I am running for city council to improve Waltham and make peoples' lives better. I have no business or financial dependence with the city and I wasn't talked into running. My votes will count.Â
My only interest is helping people who live in Ward 3. If elected, I will work hard to:
Increase property values while keeping taxes low
Provide exemplary constituent service and be accessible
Create and organize a Ward 3 community advisory group
Increase transparency and keep you informed
Work with small businesses to help them thrive
Protect our open space and ensure city land is used properly
Be involved in projects and developments that impact our neighborhoods
Return phone calls, emails, texts, social media inquiries
Work to increase the city's use of technology
